Removing the AA Filter from a EOS1d mark III

Hi all,

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but, I have the a mark III which had slight water damage,

and on or in the sensor there's a spot. When I had it apart for cleaning (I pulled out all the connector and cleaned

all the gold contacts) I did remove the sensor assembly and tried cleaning the spot but it didn't come out so I think

it's on the inside and have to remove the AA filter but it seems to be stuck on. So has anyone removed this filter to

clean it or is it better to get another body or sensor assembly?

The camera does work now and takes great photos and I would like to get this camera even better.

Thank you for any help.
