Mike Gammill
Welcome everyone to our new thread. As usual post all the images you want from your film camera. For those new to the thread, images from any film camera are welcome here: classic manual, modern, or hybrid (like classic manual lens on modern camera or modern lens on classic, for example an AF Nikkor on a Nikkormat). I'll start with some shots from my Olympus XA. Film was Plus-X processed in HC110 dilution H. Barn on MS Hwy 8, just east of Grenada. All Saints Episcopal Church in Grenada morning "fuel up" Typically I use f 5.6 to f 8 when in shade or mix of sun and shade, f11 for sunlight Can't resist an occasional photo of church sanctuary from balcony- usual when I'm running sound board. The balcony rail is the ideal place to steady the XA with the slow shutter speed needed. I used the +1.5 compensation to prevent light from large window from causing underexposure. late afternoon clouds I'll likely have more this weekend as it is Prairie Arts Festival in my town this weekend. Looking forward to seeing everyone's images.

Mike Gammill
Awesome shots, Rick. I could look at airplanes all day. The tones from Double-X really work well for these aircraft.

Should have a few more in the next few days taken with other cameras. Shame I didn't have the time to go inside the Museum. Couple of really nice old Warbirds in there. m42dave
Just sent two rolls away for processing this week, so hopefully might have them back by next week. Another thrift store find was this nice little Tokina SD 70-210 zoom. Nothing I was looking for really, but for $5 I was happy to give it a home. And it looks like it was made to match my Kiev. :)

rick_drawbridge
This week I shot a film at our local horse racing track, sadly beginning to look a little derelict owing to the decline in popularity of the sport. I used a Yashica FR1 fitted with the Tamron Adaptall II 35-70mm f/3.5 CF Macro (Model17a), and the film was Ilford FP4 Plus developed in PMK Pyro. Mike Gammill
m42Dave- That Tokina IMHO is one of the better compact 70-210 zooms. I have one in C/Y that is a good performer. The compactTamron Adaptall 70-210 is also good.

Industrial Seaways Road, Gulfport, MS And from same roll, don't forget the water tanks Same camera, longer lens (again don't remember the lens), should have dusted this slide off
rick_drawbridge
At last, a fine Saturday, and I managed to shoot a roll of Ilford HP5 Plus with the Bronica S2a I mentioned in the "What camera are you using..." thread. I'll post some samples; the lens was the 35mm Nikkor-H f/3.5 and the film was developed in PMK Pyro. Scans from an Epson V700 Photo using Silverfast SE software. Mike Gammill
Some more color: Sundog, Konica Auto S 1.6, Fuji Superia 200 In a pinch one can often improvise. Photo below with original compact Tamron 28-200 which required a separate dedicated close up lens since it lacked close focus. Later I picked one up for under 20 USD but the photo below was made with this lens using the projection lens from an overhead projector as close up lens. I mounted it in a Cokin filter holder with the 72mm adapter to fit lens. Not as sharp as dedicated accessory, but got me close enough. I think this was made with a Maxxum 2xi. Ariel, mid 90's. 3500 xi flash, IIRC.
davecaz
No doubt this will annoy someone, but I don't know where else to put it and it was taken with a classic manual lens, the Tamron Adaptall-2 28-70 f/3.5-4.5. It's also heavily processed in LR and Topaz to produce a high key effect.
