strocchia
Have you guys downloaded the Camera Profiles for ACR, and if so, what do you think? So far, I'm too hot on the Adobe Standard Beta 2 Camera Profile and am likely going to stick with the ACR 4.4. The skin colors are a bit more "true" but the RAW files lose a lot of life and that Minolta feel. I haven't tried a conversion with the DNG editor, and I'd like not to since I think it's a pain to add another step in my workflow, unless it's really worth it? Your thoughts? mek_photography
I know that with ACR 4.5, my raw files finally look as they should, instead of all over the place with previous versions.
strocchia
Hmmm, I thought I had the latest update, but that still shouldn't affect the Camera Profiles update I just performed.
strocchia
Turns out that ACR 5.0 is only available with purchase of CS4! Sometimes I just hate Adobe!

strocchia
My mistake, I was thinking that ACR 5.0 would be compatible with CS3, it seems that ACR 5.0 shipped with CS4 and then quickly updated to 5.1...sorry about all the clutter!
