clinton_abe Posted February 24, 2006 Share Posted February 24, 2006 PMA starts on 2/26, and a number of companies have begun giving out information about their newest products. I've seen press releases from Canon, Nikon, Pentax and others, but as of now, I've seen nothing from Sony about any DSLRs. I've got a good deal (pending) on 80-200 f2.8 HS and 100mm varisoft and should figure out what it's going to sell for after PMA starts. Tough decision. I meant, if Sony has something to announce on PMA, you'll know on sunday, when PMA begins. <p> But Sony has a press conference scheduled at PMA for saturday, and I don't think that they will sit there silent for three hours... cmphoto1 Posted February 24, 2006 Share Posted February 24, 2006 Well, I hope Sony announces something on Sunday during that press conference. Will it be webcast? I am leery due to the deal not being done yet and the email from the Sony Suctomer Service person posted a couple weeks ago that said that there woiund not be an announcement until the transfer was complete. I am getting very itchy. A friend of mine will be lending me his Nikon D200 while he is in Cuba fir a couple weeks, and I will have the cash to move in one direction or another at that point. chad Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
