weatherman Posted June 6, 2005 Author Share Posted June 6, 2005 Hmm! I read the article from Bob Atkins. I definetely was not aware of "Circle of Confusion" concept! I got confused first but now I understand. There is a gain of 1.5x DOF with 7D's sensor fir the same fixed lens. Still i'm happy that DOF scale on these lenses can be used(with aperture corection factor of 1.5) if I don't make any sense here, one needs to take the agony of reading that article ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
