PSE version updates

<p>I have used Photoshop Elements (PSE) 11 for several years. I am wondering if there are significant upgrades in editing tools, functions and workflow speeds with the newer versions of PSE to make it worthwhile to buy the newest version and relearn it. I don't plan to go to Lightroom and Photoshop. I shoot and edit mainly RAW images and duplicate the background layer in order to save a copy of my original image. Are there any significant bugs or issues with the later versions of PSE to influence what version I should purchase? Thank you.</p>

<p>There is a web page for each new version of Photoshop Elements that explains new features. If You are on older computer, since version 13 Adobe dropped support for single core computers.</p>

<p>If you buy a new camera, you'll need to upgrade to get the new RAW conversion built into PSE.</p>
