I can't relate the behavior to anything in particular. I have had unbelievable bad luck with my digital camera's reliability, Nikon, Panasonic, Olympus. Fujis seem ok so far. Always worked with "cursed" laptops.<br> Have no how to get to the contacts in those cameras -- possibly contact cleaner on a q tip. Never done the latter, someone will know.
