Robin Smith
Canon 100mm f2.8 non-IS. Canon 50mm f2.5 macro come to mind.
Robin Smith
savagesax
A used zoom, 24-105mm. KEH always has good deals and quality used lenses.
JosvanEekelen
Isn't video the reason Canon introduced STM lenses? I don't know what the exact benefits of the STM lenses are and I realize that there are no full frame STM macro lenses but I'd have a look at these lenses as well, 24-105 STM and/or 50/1.8 STM.
dcstep
STM has a quieter motor, in general, so for a primary video usage, that's a reasonable place to look. The cinema zooms are outrageously expensive. Some EF's are quiet enough, particularly if you manual focus.
doug_nelson5
The EF 40mm f 2.8 is sharp, very much up to the demands of the 6D's sensor, gives minimal barrel distortion and focuses very close. And did I mention cheap?
