tracey_reese
I use Spyder 5 pro for calibration . I shoot in raw. The images looks great on my computers. Even the ones that have not been calibrated. However when I upload them to any photo lab they look bad. Like really really off. It does not matter which lab. I have reset display and re calibrated . That does not help. I am new to this forum . I no clue how to attach a picture. I did upload them to a gallery folder. Any advice ?
wogears
What color space are your images in? Does the lab request any specific embedded profile?
tracey_reese
SRGB and no they have not. It does not matter where I upload it . When it gets in their database it looks like that. I am lost at what to do.
AzDavid
Are you allowing the photo lab to do color correction? If not, you might want to consider allowing them to do color correction on their end. The calibration of your own monitor helps what you see and what you print. But, apparently, it's having little impact on what the photo lab sees and prints. Bay Photo has a page that explains the difference between color correction and no color correction at the lab (https://support.bayphoto.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2115661-advanced-color-management). If it's any consolation, please know that this issue drives a lot of photographers crazy!
David H
Ed_Ingold
I presume you are uploading JPEG files, not RAW.

It would help if you would post an image on PNET, illustrating your problem.
wogears
Are you saying that the prints from the lab do not match your screen?
