Hey guys, I've just noticed spots on my Canon 5D MkII and I am going overseas on Monday. Is there anywhere I can get it cleaned by tomorrow? Or any of you available to do it for me (for $$ of course)? Please let me know if you have any leads, I am desperate here

You are not too clear on where these spots are. Are they on the lens, in the viewfinder, on the mirror, on the sensor or on the image? Where ever they are you do not need any leads.
If you have seen them on the image and they are always in the same area then there may be dirt on the sensor which can be cleaned following the instructions in the manual. It is not a difficult task but it has to be done carefully so as not to add more dirt.
If the spots are anywhere else they probably will not affect the image quality at all unless they are gross. A dry and clean soft brush can be used to clear large lumps off the lenses and mirrors etc. but use only if they are of significant size.

As you are leaving on Monday and you have never cleaned a sensor before, leave it alone. When you get back, you can always use Photoshop or whatever you use the clone or healing brush tool to remove the spots.
The self cleaning system in the camera will most likely have removed most of the dirt from the sensor before you return.
