eric_m4
When I convert Nikon NEFs (RAW files) to DNG in Lightroom 5, I can only view thumbnails in Lightroom. I can view NEF thumbnails in any folder by just opening up any folder that stores them but not DNG's. Is there something else I need to view DNG thumbnails the same as NEF thumbnails? Thanks.

digitaldog
You didn't state what OS you're using. On Mac OS X (latest) I see the thumbnails of all DNGs.
Author “Color Management for Photographers" & "Photoshop CC Color Management" (pluralsight.com)

jordan2240
Looks like you already got an answer, but just for an alternative, I use a software called 'Mystic Thumbs,' which is also not free.
digitaldog
Sorry Eric M that I missed the title and thus OS on my iPhone. Good to hear Jeff got you straightened out. Glad to hear it's not a DNG issue. Or a virus <g>.
Author “Color Management for Photographers" & "Photoshop CC Color Management" (pluralsight.com)
