<p>Not quite a photo of the month submission, but since you asked.....</p>

 

<p >Be aware that FD lenses will not couple to the rangefinder of your Leica so you’ll have to guess focus. </p>

<p >Wide-angle to ultra wide-angle lenses will be easy to scale focus (huge death of field). Probably look at 28mm and wider. </p>

<p>I've somehow avoided Canons for many a year, but when I saw a fairly nice looking A1 with a 50 mm. lens at the thrift store for 10 bucks, I could not resist. It's clean and works, though it has a touch of the characteristic mirror squeak, and someone scratched a number on the base. But I threw some film in it, and it works nicely. Accustomed to Nikons and Minoltas, I find the Canon a bit quirky and will probably give it away, but I must say it's a very nice machine, and one of the prettiest cameras around.</p><div>00dowF-561637084.jpg.fa615caaaf59605e32de89664931a2bf.jpg</div>
