Member69643
What a nice collection of images this week. I really enjoy the Greek theater - imagine it in use, 2000 years ago...

Gup
This was taken two weeks ago in PEI, Canada. Typically, I was driving a country road in early evening when I came on the scene.
I'm posting to show the results I was able to achieve hand-holding the D800E coupled to the AF-S 85mm f/1.8 in near sundown conditions. I didn't have the time to get my tripod under it as the light was fading real fast. ISO was 6400.

bnelson
Of course after I came home, I was able to capture this through the clouds

Matthew Currie
My blood moon came out much like everyone else's so I guess I'll let it pass, though I was pretty pleased with how the D3200 came through with the old 500/4 AIP lens on it.

Speaking of motors, I spotted this little number in Watch Hill not long ago. I've seen pictures of boats with even more, but that's a pretty impressive bit of engine power, especially at about $20 thousand a unit!

Matthew Currie
I also spotted this fanciful Jeep in New London. Someone had a lot of fun with this.

ChrisSpeaker
Here are mine for the week. Got a good deal on a 55mm micro Nikkor and have tried it out on my D800.

thadley
Also taken in parc Tremblant - I kinda like its simplicity with the last bits of fog and sunrise sky barely reflecting in a wavy water caused by a canoeist.
