Your grand dad seems to have been an interesting person.

You can get a better idea of the market prices of these items by visiting KEH.com. They will buy your stuff at close to market prices, but more importantly they will let you enter the particulars of the items, tell you what they will pay, without your committing yourself to sell.

You can also visit ebay, search for similar items, and use the watch function to keep track of what the auction for the items cleared at.

It's hard to tell a value; if you're in the US, I'd follow Chuck's advice. One important thing to keep in mind: this is quite specialised gear (for underwater photography), and probably it needs some pretty extensive testing to ensure everything is really still good (=completley watertight and -proof) after a period of not using it. A visual inspection might not be enough.
Selling it yourself may be more difficult, as this gear will only be interesting to people who know what to do with it, and if not certified thoroughly tested, the prices are going to be a lot lower of course. All the more reason to try sell it via specialists, else drop the prices (and check eBay finished auctions to get an idea what those prices roughly are - Nikonos gear is relatively rare, though, so auctions are rare too).

Wouter made some good points. This is specialized gear, and age may be of higher concern for underwater gear. Most Nikonos V kits on ebay are going for around $200 or less. The watch may be worth a bit too. I only see the 35mm lens in your photos but there are some accessories for a 20mm? Regardless of the value, I agree with Chuck - this is all cool stuff belonging to an interesting person!

As a Leica user myself, I'll throw out a guess of $700 for the Leica stuff. It looks like a post war Leica IIIf, which was the last screw mount made in any quantity (yes, I know about the IIIG.) It's the least expensive Leica. The 90mm Elmar would sell for about $100 or less. Don't know anything about Nikonos. Your best bet is to look at complete auctions on ebay. Remember that condition is a HUGE variable.

The Leica stuff may bring in a few hundred dollars, but unfortunately the Nikonos stuff will be a harder sell. Those cameras needed regular service to keep them water tight. And servicing them is expensive. Also, I can't remember which flash it was, the 102 or 103, but one of them had a faulty circuit that when it got wet inside it could explode the whole flash body. They were recalled and replaced by Nikon with the 105.

I agree with the statements above, it might be worth hanging on to the Nikonos stuff as a memento of your grand dad.
