mark_stephan2
I've got a 380EX and 420EX Speedlites that I use with my 5D and 40D and they work great. I recently purchased a inexpensive wireless transmitter and a few receivers. Everything is manual, no TTL. With my Speedlites I have no control of the flash or flash output, everything is full power or 1:1. Could you recommend a inexpensive flash for the receivers? I don't need and can't afford eTTL flashes so manual is okay as long as I can control power output.
bobatkins
You can get a Yongnuo YN-460 for around $40. Check Ebay.
John Seaman
The older ATTL 430EZ flashguns have manual adjustment of the output from 1 to 1/32. They can be found cheaply as they don't work properly with digital cameras. Similarly, the Nikon SB24.
