lex_jenkins Posted October 28, 2014 Share Posted October 28, 2014 <p>Alex, those look pretty sharp. How's the manual focusing with the X-Pro 1? Seems like it would be a challenge with an 85/1.2. Are you using focus peaking through the eye level finder, or rear LCD? I'm impressed enough with the X-A1's image quality to consider the X-Pro 1, but wondered about the manual focusing. tom_christiansen Posted October 28, 2014 Share Posted October 28, 2014 <p>I use an X-Pro1 as well. I generally find the contrast detecting AF to be spot on. Manual focus with the focus peaking is a breeze as well. If you push the control wheel, you get a magnified view, which makes it even easier to achieve accurate focus.
