It may be repairable but I wouldn't mind just replacing the back. I've had to do that with my C330f, since part of the mount had snapped - I'm now limited to 120-format only but otherwise it works perfectly. Not much there to glue to. I think I could probably drill the stud out and run a very small screw in from the underside but it could get fiddly.
