Many Raw converters (including ACR in Photoshop) map these out automatically - it's really not an issue, and as Xin says, all camera sensors have dead/stuck pixels.

Certainly, one visible dead pixel will be well within manufacturing tolerance - one out of 16.3 million is pretty good going. Even if the tolerance was (say) only 00.1% of the number of pixels on a sensor, that'd still allow for 1600 errant pixels before the manufacturer would consider the sensor "defective".
