light leak or in need of repair?

It's definitely light, but because it is a perfectly straight line across about two thirds of the image (exactly like the edge of the camera's film opening would produce), I'm going to question whether this is actually an accidental double exposure of a very out of focus and bright secondary subject.

Is this the only image on this roll that shows a blaze of light like this? If there are others, can you scan and post those for comparison?

Do you remember if this entire roll was exposed during the same time period, say a day or a couple of hours, or is there a chance that one exposure might have been made at some time period apart? That would possibly make your awareness of the film advance position being less than complete.

Note that if this does turn out to be a double exposure, it can only have happened if the roll was partly advanced and then the shutter fired. That would almost certainly still require a technician to work on the camera as it should only fire once the film is advanced to the next frame position, not in mid frame.

In a Bronica, failure of the seal where the film magazine closes will produce that sort of thing. The light leakage is not into the film gate frame area but hitting the film between the supply spool and the film gate (and it typically shows a sharp line on one part). Don't know if the big H has a similar film path and back closure or not.
