This forum's moderators are allowing up to three images per week, so share some work!</p> </blockquote> <p>Hello Nikonistas - a good Wednesday to all.<br /><br />So there I was, at the request of a local contractor, documenting the make-over of the commercial-grade kitchen in the residence of an ambassador to the US. The country that many decades ago purchased the stately, historical mansion in question hadn't yet redone the kitchen's original 100-year-old tile work. While waiting for some staff to clear the kitchen area, I poked my head out into the adjoining dining room, which was being lit by a large bank of lead glass windows with layers of shears. One can immediately conjure up visions of the many intimate embassy row dinners that have been had at that table.<br /><br />Photographed the more-interesting-looking thing sitting right next to the thing you're <em>supposed</em> to be photographing?
