My family just visited Academy of Sciences in San Francisco. It is a fantastic place for my boys to visit. I seldom take pictures on the jelly fish as I always remember the bad experience that I have before with taking mediocre pictures in low lighting with moving objects. This time is a special treat in comparison.
(EDIT: Looks like Flickr is down -- I just can't get the width correct with image links from Tumblr).

@Patrick, I did it on purpose in not numbering my shots in this posting hoping that I don't get caught. It is nice to break the rules once in a while and that is when I am extremely happy to share with my good friends in the forum. I hope you manage to address your ME super problem with exposure.

And I hope that I can ask you many film questions such as where you go about scanning your own film pictures after development. I have a dependable place with Dwayne's Photo in Kansa for film development but my home scanning with Canon 8800F is only satisfactory with 120 but it is very lacking in 135 film. I may end up buying the Epson 700/750 refurbished scanner if I don't find a store with good scanning with reasonable cost.

For me this week, it's a trio of images, each from a different camera and media. First up is a shot of a church steeple. This is quite an interesting old church in Prairie du Chien Wisconsin.

Pentax KX, Kodak Tmax 400 film.

Second shot is a creative use of old shoes!

Pentax Q, Prime lens 01 (8mm)

Last shot is of a musician playing Native American tunes. He also told a great story about how the chipmunk got its stripes.

I was in Boston until Friday when I returned to Colorado. It's wet here but not as wet as down in Boulder where the flooding happened.

@Matt, much thanks! I love your street shot. It is so rich in color and it reminds me of some of Trey Ratcliff work with HDR in China. The first shot is amazing too, I would have liked to see more of the top portion which has a curved black banner that can frame the shot naturally.
