Mukuk, I heard there was a proposition to ban scantily clad female mannequins so that men would not be encouraged to

rape women. I don't understand how this would work but it sounds like the politicians have are doing their part.

<p>Jim, the argument is that women and girls who are not "properly" dressed arouse uncontrollable lust in men, who are therefore not to blame if they force themselves on them. Women hold this to be patriarchal thought, and it is seen typically in the right wing of various religions. As for mannequins, we know that Victorian prudery required the legs even of tables and chairs to be covered.</p>
