I was totally fascinated but my boys showed no interest with this oldie in the typewriter history.

Saw the fog early in the morning while waiting for my bus to work. It was dark at 6:18am in the morning. The scene at bus station was boring as usual but lighting in the fog was unique and when the bus came I was in luck for the day

#3 Sunset At Bus Station

<a title="Sunset At Bus Stop by hin_man, on Flickr" href=" Sunset At Bus Stop src="http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5494/10848396474_ffaee94ef6_b.jpg" alt="Sunset At Bus Stop" width="1024" height="576" />

K-5 and FA 28-105mm f/3.2-4.5

The sun already disappeared below the mountain in the far distance when my bus arrived at my usual station. I scrambled to take a bunch of shots. No matter how hard I tried, only the spot metering gave me a lighting close to what I saw. It was a pretty sunset as the clouds formation added beauty to the scene.

Haven't been here in a while. Just figured out how to just resize photos easily in CS4. It seems just as easy as in PE6. Other stuff, not so much. Thinking of going to PE12. Hopefully, Adobe will not have made things much more complicated. I was not thrilled with PE9.

Hin, your sunset is fabulous and Bob, I love that Maine coast.

My first soccer shots taken with the K-3 + Sigma 100-300mm f4. All in all I was pleased with the results, especially considering it was my first time using both camera and lens. I'm going to give it a month or so before deciding whether to ditch my Canon 7D. In daylight, the 7D's AF performance produces about 20% more keepers (which says something quite positive for Pentax), but where the K-3 really shows its value is under poorer lighting conditions. The second half of this match happened under the lights and I was able to get usable images at both ISO 6400 and 12,800. If I have to use the 7D beyond ISO 3200 then I put the camera away as the 100-400mm L lens is f4.5-5.6 and the 7D's sensor gets too rough.
