Strange: doesn't like the photo - says "Some four-lettered words are not allowed." Here's a link: http://www.wunderground.com/wximage/tamcat/744

On Facebook I go to a local page that is for posting photos using a Theme that usually changes each week. This week we have a change every day. It is just a fun thing to do. Yesterday's theme was "Shoe". My wife has a small planter outside that is in the form of a shoe and I used this for my image.
This was shot in bright sunlight but I severely underexposed and then used a off camera flash to lighten only the shoe. Of course several filters in Photoshop CS6 were used also.
Thanks for looking.
Phil

00abSD-481507584.jpg.44a7416254c7399ed020ceca388660d2.jpg

Happy Wednesday everyone! Wonderful pictures once and and so inspiring.

John Farrar I love your slow shutter oak tree picture. I love woodlands, but somehow I always fail to capture the atmosphere on camera.

I also enjoyed: Bill's dancing deer, Jeannean's stilt chick, Tim's robin chick and Jim's flowers.

Here's another picture of Merlin in action.......

Nikon Buddies,
Feels good to join you again after being "away" for a couple months. As always, I enjoy looking through what everyone is sharing. Notable to me are those from John F, George H, Tim H, Simon J, and David J.
