Please take a look and let me know what kind of problem I have with this lens.
Blade stuck or something? I don't have the same problems with a slower shutter speed (less than 125)

That was at 2.8 1/500sec.
I have a 500c.

flickr.com/gp/rafapf/K7b63j

Anyway to fix this?
Thank you in advance.

Your shutter blades don't open completely.
It can' t be the aperture blades, as these always form a circular or hexagonal hole depending on the number of blades and the blade contour.

It surely can be fixed, though I'd have done by a professional.

You may want to use the situation for something good! I can imagine certain images (night time party / dance etc.) that can possibly benefit from this "special effect"! You can, then, have the blades fixed.

Yes, incomplete opening of shutter blades. You should be getting a fully circular or cats eye shape highlight since you are using the lens at 2.8, which is the max aperture.
Some lenses do actually have "ninja star" shaped aperture blades but I don't think any Hassy lenses do though.
