mindenemy
Looking for a very sleek, contemporary option for framing some photographs.

I saw something recently that looked like a 16x20 print mounted underneath a crystal clear thick acrylic or glass. Wish I would have snapped a photo of it to use as a reference. I'm not coming up with anything by searching online and figured what better place to inquire than Photo.net!

It almost looked as if the photo was somehow printed on the underside of the material with extra room of each side. I did find something online called PhotoCrystal, which has a similar look, but the images are printed to the edges of the material. This particular item is more like something that you could find at the Things Remembered store at the mall and all of the items are on a very small scale. I'm looking for large sizes to display my work in a new format.

Any ideas?

jwallphoto
Printing on metal is not the same thing. Check out face mounting here: http://www.westcoastimaging.com/wci/page/services/presentation/facemounts.htm
