picturesque
I am going back to Themes for the Photo of the Week, but with a twist. This time, I want to see good sequences. I posted an example below. Some sequences may require a bit of explanation, like mine, but others, for example, cake feeding, may not. So let's see some good sequences!

I combined 6 images to make one image that is 700 pixels or less in width and/or length. Also, make sure to enter a caption in the caption box on that page where you've uploaded. Some technical details about the shot would be helpful.

Chinese grooms are sometimes required to aggressively gain entrance to the bride's home and retrieve her after much bargaining between his groomsmen or 'reps', and her bridesmaids. The groomsmen may offer coupons of various sorts, but finally, money. The bridesmaids may force them to do things before they allow the groom to enter, such as drinking bad tasting shakes, etc. It is all in the spirit of fun, of course.

In my sequence, the groom has gained entry and stands before the bride's bedroom door. She passes a 'contract' under the door and groom is required to read it aloud and sign the document before she comes out. Bridesmaids and groomsmen stand guard.

This is not a contest - but simply a discussion of art and technique, with illustrations. Positive as well as constructive suggestions are what will occur. HOWEVER - IF you wish to post your image but DO NOT WANT to be considered for critique - please say so in your caption. Images that show as a link will be deleted and you'll be asked to re-post.

Newcomers and Pros are both welcome to post in this thread. You can start discussing immediately. ;-)

fotografz
Thanks Anne & Pete ... FYI, this specific tryptic was printed in an album 12" wide @ 300 dpi ... not 700 pixels wide @ 72 dpi : -)
