Dealing with Contracts w/ Clients...

<p>Yes, it,s called email, send them a pdf file, they print it and snail mail it back to you. :)</p>

<p>You really want an ink signature on a piece of paper.</p>

<p>There's a set of apps with "contract maker" in the name -- one is Photographer's Contract Maker, which I've used, or maybe the one I use is Contract Maker Pro. It allows you to create a template contract, review and edit it with the client, and have them sign on the iPad. Then you can have it email a pdf of the signed contract to the client and yourself. I think it works on the iPhone, or possibly there's a version for iPhone. </p>

<p>I've found it to be a bit buggy, sometimes crashing a few times before sending the email, but it does work.</p>

<p>Felipe, you shouldn't sign the contract before the customer does, because if the customer makes initialed changes to the contract and signs and returns it, you may have a huge problem.</p>
