aplumpton
Hi Josh, I just tried to renew my subscription (January deadline) and got the message "You are not eligible for this promotion". Do you know why this occurs?

OK, a temporary glitch I guess: I just tried it again and it opened.
marc_batters
Using the one-click link, I just keep getting the message, "system error on this server."
Is there another route to renew, yet still receive the mag-subscription?
I'll keep trying, and/or try again later.
StuartMoxham
Yes I did it. After all these years I finally got round to subscibing. I did tried to subscribe a number of years ago but had a disaster with that paypal thing. Well better late than never.
spoli
I have a question: how do I activate my Popular Photography subscription after signing up for my 3 years of Photo.net? On my workspace page I have this message displayed:
"You have already signed up for your one year subscription to Popular Photography, included with your subscription to Photo.net."
I expected an e-mail or something on my own workspace page to tell me what to do... However, after few months of waiting, I couldn't find a way to benefit from this subscription. Is there anything else I should do to start enjoying my Popular Photography subscription?
I would appreciate any advice from those who got their Popular Photography magazine through Photo.net.

Thank you.
rafaelaviles
Stefan - I finally got my activation notice from Popular Photography. It directed me to installing the Zinio app on my iPad (or iPhone) if I wanted to red the magazine there. Once I did that, the march issue appeared on the Zinio app. (I believe you have to establish an account in Zinio using the same email address you used to get your Popular Photography subscription).
It took a while, but it works well. You get the full issue as it is on print, or you can choose to see the text only.
Rafael
joshroot
Stephan,

Did you choose the print or electronic version of the magazine?
spoli
Living in Canada, I only had the electronic option. Fine with me. I wish I had an iPad like Rafael... I hope a normal computer would do it as well. Still confused :-(
rafaelaviles
Stefan: Yes, any computer will do. You just have to install the Zinio reader program on it. I have it on my iMac and on the iPad.
By the way, I renewed at photo.net back in December and I did not get the PP subscription until a couple of days ago...I hope you don't have to wait that long.
Rafael
