I like the pockets for storing extra CF cards and the larger pouch on the shoulder stores two LP-E6 batteries. I have mine adjusted so the camera rests just above my hip and slightly behind me. I usually have the 100-400 or 70-200 and 580EX II mounted. Makes it a breeze to walk through narrow doorways and other tight spaces while completely freeing up both hands.
