george_sanderson
Each time I open a folder in Photoshop to print I see only a list of the images it contains as opposed to the thumbnails that I want to print from. Despite the fact that I continually click on thumbnails, each time I close the folder and open it again it has reverted to a list. Please tell me where I am going wrong?
JeffOwen
I have this problem if the folder containing the images is NOT in the 'My Pictures' directory. This may only apply to Windows XP.
monika_epsefass
I assume that one day, you have told your Windows explorer to show any folder as a list. You can do this in the settings. No matter which view you chose at a later date, anytime you open, it will be converted to your originally selected view.
bill_brown8
Hi George
Yes just go to the top of the window showing your list of files. There is a small icon called View. Click on it and select your preferred option.
george_sanderson
Thank you all for your prompt responses - I am using Windows XP and had opened a new 'my pictures' directory to file a separate category of photos. As suggested by Jeff, I returned these photos to the main 'my pictures' folder and the problem has disappeared.
