It would be great to know what people who have used this scanner think with regard to the resulting print quality and any comparison to results produced from other scanners. renee_galang1 Posted October 28, 2002 Share Posted October 28, 2002 Hello John, I have just bought a used Nikon ls 4500 af scanner and I am very impressed! The maximum res for 4x5 is 2000.2000dpi. The polaroid I think can do up to 2500x2500dpi, not a big diff I suppose. I have read from nikon website that when you scanned at max res 4x5 films you can produce spectacular prints up to billboard size.
