moosekaka_lim
ps: i should add that the camera meter has been checked for accuracy when i sent it in for a routinge checkup
User_276104
I just got mine out and pointed it at a few things. In Aperture Priority + Spot Metering, it seems to only allow 5" before Lo appears. I switched to Center Weighted and it went down to the full 30", then Lo.

Spot metering is best for Manual exposure anyway.
Michael R Freeman
Spot metering has less sensitivity (EV 3-21) at the lower end compared to center-weighted metering (EV 0-21). That 3-stop difference might be one possible explanation for the "Lo" reading, particularly if your lighting is quite dim.
