geoff_cardillo
I've agreed to deliver a CD of files to a client. For me, the easiest thing to do would be to create 2 folders - 1 for jpeg's and one of larger TIFF's and just send it off - but that feels unfinished. To me, at least.
Do you do anything "special" with labeling or creating slide shows or anything else to include on the disc?
Many thanks in advance for your thoughtful responses.
don_cooper
I include a slide show that autoruns when the disk is loaded, a folder with high rez JPG's and a folder with lower sized JPG's (1200 pixels wide). Disks are labeled with an inkjet printer (direct printing to disk).
mariosforsos
I too include an autoplay slideshow (sometimes, when the client has given me sufficient information, I might add a music piece as well), directly from LR, with the image names being displayed discreetly at the bottom (so the client can have some connecting reference with the images on the CD). However, my low-res images are relatively small, no more than 800x600 and are intended for use with social media and such. High res I only send JPEGs, at full quality, full resolution, not TIFFs.
Finally, I include a ReadMe.txt file with printing info, my contact info and my licence.
amy_eaton
Hi Geoff,

I use lightscribe discs and scribe one of their photos on the disc label. Clients have been surprised and pleased by this feature and it seems to give the disc a more polished and professional look.

All the best,

Amy
