mark_mandell
Okay, Chris [speaker],

What magic are you employing with your D700 to get such lovely textured reds? I habitually blow my D700's red channel with images like you posted. Nice job, so share!

purplealien
Great pics again. My favorites are: Gej's landscape; Ilkka's urban scene; Doug's cathedral (perfection as usual); and Leonardus's night time shot - fabulous!

More portrait work for me. This weekend it was the turn of Poppy our 16 year old cat......

Uhooru
Jana Hughes, I love your pin-up. I had worked along the same lines with a friend of mine who was going to be in the West Coast Accordion Babe calendar. (West Coast of the U.S.) We were required to have an accordion in the photograph. Shot with a D700 and 24-70.

ChrisSpeaker
@Mark Mandell - I have read a lot of people of issues on red and the D700. With this picture, believe it or not, its straight out of the camera with sharpening only in lightroom. Shot RAW with the on camera flash and a sb-900 off to the top.

nuno_saldanha
Good evening Nikonists. I'm a bit late, but just received my new scanner Reflecta and needed to scann some images first. Things didn't go so well because just found I scanned the wrong size (lol). Well, just flipped the image.
