PhotoKit Sharpener 2 Set-up Help Please

<p>I've installed PKS twice before and I've not had the trouble I'm having getting PKS2 to set up properly. Pixel Genius' support over the last two days has been attrocious- there is no paid phone support, and no live chat. </p>

<p>I'm having to play 20 Questions with some unnamed support person. I'm not all that computer-literate, and the support person is providing me with as little information as possible with each email- we've exchanged half a dozen emails each so far.</p>

<p>The support person sent me an installation file, which I unzipped. Here's a screenshot of what's in the unzipped file.</p>

<p>Does anyone know:<br>

1. Which of the files or folder do I move into the "Automate folder"? Is it the unnamed " .. " folder?<br>

 

<p>2. After I move the PKS2 file(s) or folder into the "Automate folder," is PKS2 ready to use, or do I need to do somtehing else?<br>
