markus maurer
Hi Pentaxians
Carneval started with a huge monster concert and the childrens march under the motto "recycling" yesterday and I got lots of colorful impressions with the K10D & Pentax 16-45mm and Pentax *istD & FA 50mm macro and the Osram hammerhead flash. If only the batteries on the *istd would last longer it would be a small and fine backup body.

garry_young1
Nice start Markus - and good theme for the parade!

Only one from me today. I saw this leaf on the slate covered sidewalk as I walked by, so I nudged it over away from a stain, then walked around it, and finally took this shot. I like the contrasts and angles.

shots worth sharing
Good start, Markus--somehow, the second brings praying Mantis macros to mind. I like what you did with that leaf, Garry and ditto Snow in the City (I got married in that part of Phiily once--but not recently. ;~) . That's a nice set Yury--the Coke bottle man is very cool.
