Colof Efex and Silver Efex plug-ins

<p>Yesterday I installed the Nik Software Silver Efex and Color Efex plug-ins into my copy of Photoshop CS5. Now the problem is I cant find them! Can anyone help?<br>

<p>They should be visible in the menu, under "filters" all the way at the bottom, and probably only when an image is currently open.</p>

<p>you need to install them in your plug-in folder under filters in order to see them. Most likely you went wrong there. If so, install them again.</p>

<p>If you installed them as 64 bit and your PS is 32 bit, they will not show. </p>

<p>If you have your 64-bit version of PS open, you wont see them under filters. You need to close 64-bit and open your 32-bit version.</p>

<p>Nik filters are now 64Bit so will work with PS5 64Bit, I have them all and they work with my PS5 64Bit version.<br>

<p>They should show up under Filters down at the bottom, listed as Nik Software.. if for some reason they don't, go to File > Automate > Nik Selective Tool which will bring up their own little tool palette.</p>

<p>You might email customer support if they aren't showing in Filters and you want them to, but I personally use the selective tool. (though if I didn't have a huge screen, I would probably not want to all the time since it takes up space)</p>
