joonas_hyt_nen
I`m thinking about buying a minilux, but the issue of this electronic EO2 error keeps on springing up on the net. What it`s about, and how come Leica hasn`t fixed it? I know that the Contax`s are good too, but they are also even more expensive than the minilux. mrbutterworth
Joonas: The EO2 error is a bad shutter and is quite costly - you can find the exact cost in the archives I think. I would take a much closer look at the Contax T3 and the Ricoh GR-1V. Both are reputed to have wonderful optics, and are quite a bit smaller than the Minilux. The GR-1V is hard to find as it is not officially imported to the USA, but it is available at Delta International. This website: http://www.geocities.com/rainforest/vines/9273/pscam.html is a great resource for info on all of these cameras.
