drjanson
<p>I had a different photo picked out for this week, but went with Matt's sentimental suggestion.<br> This is Bailey, wistfully looking out the window at her "boyfriend" - a 6' 5" neighbor who loves dogs (Bailey doesn't care much for other dogs - she prefers people).</p><div></div>

alberta_pizzolato
<p>It isn't my best shot for sure. But I'm growing vegetables! First time in my life and I'm really excited. And I had to have a photo in case nasty critters get to the "farm" before I get to sample its treats. These are collard greens. Nikon D700, Tamron 90mm FX f/2.8 lens, hand held, 1/500 sec., f3.5, ISO 200. </p><div></div>

JamieHarre
<p>Nikon Buddies,<br> Interesting mix of photos, today. Notable to me are those from Jeff L, Jennifer M, <br />Louis M, Yacoub I, Markku V, Ray H, Jeanne H, and Chris W.<br> My offering is of a pepper plant in a mix of plants on the back porch. The lone <br />pepper was calling for my attention.</p><div></div>

jose_rivera9
<p>Hey all, Had plans to shoot some interesting dancing today but I was pulled to a conference. Next week definitely. Instead, this weeks entry is from my class. The students had dressdown today and they were taking a test. Landrum Kelly
<p>This was shot at the Salisbury, NC depot on October 8 with my first ever Nikon DSLR--although I have the F3HP and used to shoot the Kodak 14n a lot with Nikon glass. In spite of the diffraction effects, I consider this to be my first keeper with this new camera--shot on my first outing with it.</p><div></div>

vince-p
<p>Since it's still wednesday in california and hawaii so i'm going for it -- better late than never. This is an odd and obviously skewed shot which I just managed to get out a taxicab window at fifth avenue and 112th street in harlem -- I saw these two and got my camera half pointed in the right direction just before the cab accelerated away. Yet despite the obvious flaw I really like it. I call it "Crossing the Avenue."</p><div></div>
