<p>How could one not enjoy France, especially Paris, my favorite European city?</p>

<p>I've suffered at the hands of French strikers many times including a couple of weeks ago when I was over-flying France. French air traffic controllers were revolting. Like Peter, I love Paris. But unlike poor Paul I can get there from London in a couple of hours (except when the snow is deep as it was last Christmas!)</p>
