john_gleeson2
Hi all,
Does anyone know of good photography workshops in the bay area?

I would like somewhere that teaches short / focused classes rather than degree orientated programs.

Preferably, I would like to join a class where most of the time is spent out in the field, is focused on image composition & lighting. My area is land & city scape photography.

Thanks!

kevin_delson
There is a plethora of classes/workshops in your area. LINK just as a starter point.
Google is your friend on this question. (Photo workshops +California)

Be aware not all classes/workshops are created equal, so check reviews.

One of the difficulties you may run into is the curriculum offered in short 1-3 day focused classes.

(i.e) If you are a beginner, you are in luck. If however you fall somewhere between intermediate/advanced, you will find many classes lack the focus YOU require as they go over material you already understand.
