My intention was to highlight overal lens performance, and not user performance :). Faysal, The puppy pics were taken with a 70-200 f/2.8 IS lens handheld at 1/60 sec, 200 mm, wide open, ISO 400, And illustrate the bokeh at f/2.8, and how well the IS system works for nailing sharp shots at shutter speeds well below those considered practical without IS. By the way, you will love your f/4 lens. You lose a stop of DOF to play with compared to the f/2.8 version, but it is much lighter, and is an outstanding optical performer.
