adam_macneil
Is there any way of un-notifying oneself from new answers to a thread OTHER than clicking on the link in the email. I was interested in the answers to a question that was posted. However, no new answers have been posted, and I'm no longer interested. But since there were no new answers, I have no link to un-notify myself. I would like to suggest that a link be set up on the photo.net page that would allow users to do this. doc411m
Adam - go to the top of any page here, and click on "My Workspace", then on E-mail alerts/edit. Although the threads you're subcribed to aren't really listed by name -- just by Forum. That's quite irritating, when you get signed up for a thread you didn't want, and have to guess which one to dis-able.
ats
I bet Adam has the same problem as I. I have three threads listed under "Your Questions" that I had originally clicked "Notify me of new responses". None of them show up under edit email alerts. adam_macneil
Alan: yes, that's the same problem that I'm having.
patrick_smeaton
For that very reason, I don't click on notify anymore, unless it's a general/unarchived thread. That way it's automatically purged out of my workspace.
daniel_cardenas
Go to the message you're no longer interested in and respond to it- that'll send you an email that will provide you with a link to unsubscribe from watching that message, and remove it from the "Questions You're Following" section of your "My Workspace". Klugey, yes- but it doesn't look like it's a bug they'll fix any time soon considering how long it's been around.
