Chimera 3'x4' soft box + Bowern Prolite 60 for $400 is that a good price?

<p>Today I saw this set up and I like to get something like that. I am looking to start getting some lights since I and just using Canon 580's so far.<br>

I like to know if this is a reasoable price for such an old light unit. Everything seems to work fine.<br>

PS Can the replacement light on this unit be $229.
