Exclamation Marks (!) w/ Photoshop

I have CS4 and all of a sudden when I save a file after working with it in CR and Photoshop, either in jpeg or PSD, an ! mark shows with the file on the screen. No info when I hover over the file other then size, date, etc. When I open the file all seems normal. Any help appreciated. I have a Canon 5D Mark II. <br>

<p>A Bing search revealed that Elements uses that on<a href="http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/331/331103.html"> images that exceed 12MP (it's using a low res thumbnail?). </a>But I couldn't find a PS reference on the first page of a search for that on Adobe's site. Maybe further digging...</p>
