<p><strong><a href="http://mapcamera.com/">Map Camera</a></strong> in Shinjuku, Tokyo, comes to mind. Their <a href="http://mapcamera.com/inq-e.php"><strong>English inquiry form</strong></a> is very limited, but you can use the <a href="http://mapcamera.com/"><strong>Japanese website</strong></a> to search for stuff (they even carry second-hand merchandise). They are not really a mail-order store and I don't know if they ship abroad, but I know they have some English-speaking staff. Good luck!</p>
