Canon 7D firmware update available

<p>Version 1.2.1 is now available. The list of changes in it relative to 1.2.0 is quite small. However, I've

never heard of 1.2.0, nor can I find a list of what is new in 1.2.0 relative to the version I have on my camera

(1.1.0), so I have no idea what else might be new/improved/fixed. Personally, I'm going to hold off for a bit;

my camera works just fine right now, nothing in the release notes for 1.2.1 screams at me that I need it, and

Canon hasn't always managed to get things right with firmware updates.</p>

<p>There were reports of 1.2.0 appearing on a batch of camera bodies, but I don't think it has ever been available for download. Careful reading of the list of changes for 1.2.1 suggests that except for the last item these are in fact the changes from 1.1.0, and the last item fixes a bug that was introduced in 1.2.0.</p>

<p>Mine has the 1.1.0 so I suppose not much important is from that version. Or have I missed<br>

something from the 1.2.0 ? What were the updates for in 1.2.0.</p>
