alpshiker
Can 9x12 cassettes be used indifferently for 9x12 and 4x5" sheets or are they different?
ole_tjugen
They are different. Even more that 13x18 is different from 5x7". A 4x5" film won't fit in the holder without folding, and a 9x12 film will fall out of a 4x5" holder.

ole_tjugen
Curious. I've tried (once) loading 13x18 film in 5x7" holders. It was possible, but very, very difficult. I had serious doubts as to whether the film would buckle when the dark slide was removed. Now, 5x7" film in a 13x18 holder I haven't tried... light-zone
Ole, I can only tell you what has worked for me. I even checked the holders before writing the last post to be sure that they are indeed 5X7 holders, and they are...
