lisa_f
Weird. A friend's baby has eyes so large that I can see myself reflected back. Clearly.

So do I edit or not? I mean, I can see myself crisply on my screen but highly unlikely they will EVER notice. Just seems weird to me...but a lot of extra work too.

Thanks.
theresa_skutt
I'd go by what the client thinks. I've noticed several photographers publishing (websites) work where they can clearly be seen. I don't like it, but it's a subjective thing.
dipeshl
Hey Lisa, Can you show us the image?...to see how 'bad' it is, or if it takes away from the effectiveness of the photograph...
Hamor Photography
It all boils down to personal taste; just ask your client what their preference is. The same question has been asked about editing catchlights out of eyes, editing out pimples/acne/moles, etc. From the threads I've read the response is usually "ask the client". Some clients will think that the reflection of the photographer looks cool. Some clients will think that the mole clearly visible on their neck is an endearing feature and would be insulted were it to be removed without asking. Some clients will expect acne to be edited out and will be insulted when it's not. It's always better to ask the client than to ask The Internet to speculate. ;)
nick_brooks2
My vote is to leave it. Show the client and if they dont like it, then they can pay extra for the extra work you will have to do.
Nick
